This year our girl’s golf team has done exceptionally well. The girls on the team are Sadie Herr, Jayde Sills, Kendra Mounsey, Megan Lefebvre, Jordyn Sills, and Jaylynn Pruitt. The first invitational that the girls attended they took home a victory with a 191 team score. Sadie Herr placed 2nd in the invitational with a 41, Megan Lefebvre placed 5th with a 44, and Jayde Sills placed 7th with a 49. This was low enough to win the invitational with a 191 and take home a trophy. The team has won more matches than in the last four years. Couch Ez Harris says, “The girls are improving every time that we go out on the course.” Although the season is coming to an end, Sectionals are on Saturday the 15th.
